Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou spékání součástí vyrobených 3D FDM tiskem. Hlavním cílem práce je návrh vzorového dílu a výběr vhodných materiálů pro testování. Následně je proveden experiment, který zahrnuje tisk vzorků z různých materiálů na 3D tiskárně a jejich spečení v práškové soli v různých časových intervalech. Následuje zkoumání povrchu po spečení a změny hmotnosti vlivem degradace materiálu. Poté je provedena tahová zkouška, která ukáže změny pevnosti v tahu testovaných materiálů a jako poslední část experimentu jsou pod mikroskopem zkoumány povrchy lomů. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of sintering of parts produced by 3D FDM printing. The main aim of the work is the design of a sample part and the selection of suitable materials for testing. Subsequently, an experiment is carried out, which involves printing samples from different materials on a 3D printer and sintering them in salt powder at different time intervals. This is followed by examination of the surface after sintering and weight changes due to material degradation. Then a tensile test is performed to show changes in tensile strength of the tested materials and as the last part of the experiment, fracture surfaces are examined under a microscope.
