Diplomová práce se zabývá praktickým využitím metod a postupů projektového řízení. Úvodní část práce se věnuje teoretickým východiskům zaměřeným na problematiku řešenou v diplomové práci, která budou využita při zpracování návrhové části. Na základě provedené analýzy současné situace organizace a jejího vyhodnocení je vybrán proces, pro nějž bude v návrhové části vypracován projekt. Tímto procesem je implementace nově vytvořené směrnice upravující oblast bezpečnosti, která je pro organizaci důležitá nejen z pohledu nastavených standardů kvality, ale je i podmínkou úspěšného obhájení akreditace SAK. The diploma thesis deals with the practical use of project management methods and procedures. The introductory part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical starting points focused on the issues addressed in the diploma thesis, which will be used in the elaboration of the design part. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the organization and its evaluation, a process is selected for which a project will be developed in the design part. This process is the implementation of a newly created directive regulating the area of safety, which is not only important for the organization from the point of view of the set quality standards, but is also a condition for the successful defense of SAK accreditation.
