Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na zlepšení chodu vybraného úseku dodavatelského řetězce ve firmě Zebra Technologies Corporation. V první části práce je představena potřebná teoretická základna pro pochopení řešené problematiky. Druhá část práce obsahuje představení a analýza vybrané firmy. Třetí část práce je pak vyhrazena pro představení návrhu pro popis a řešení problematiky a podmínek pro realizaci. This thesis is focused on improving the flow in a specific area of the Zebra Technologies Corporation supply chain. In the first part, the necessary theoretical baseline will be established from existing literature. The second part will contain information and analysis of the selected company. The third part will focus purely on introducing a specific area of the supply chain and a calculated suggestion to improve it.
