Tato diplomová práce se zabývá řešením návrhu layoutu nové výrobní haly s realizací štíhlé výroby v podniku Teknia Uhersky Brod, a.s., která se zabývá vstřikováním plastů. V první části práce jsou popsány informace o společnosti, po kterých následují teoretická východiska pro danou problematiku. V praktické části je provedeno několik analýz, které ukázaly několik nedostatků ve stávajícím layoutu. Poslední částí práce je část návrhová, kde bylo vytvořeno několik návrhů layoutu pro novou výrobní halu. V závěru práce jsou popsány podmínky realizace a přínosy z navrhnutých řešení. This master's thesis focuses on solving the design of the layout of a new production hall with the implementation of lean manufacturing at Teknia Uhersky Brod, a.s., a company engaged in plastic injection molding. The first part of the thesis describes information about the company, followed by theoretical foundations for the given issue. The practical part consists of several analyses that have revealed several shortcomings in the current layout. The final part of the thesis is the design section, where several layout designs for the new production hall have been created. The conclusion of the thesis describes the implementation conditions and the benefits of the proposed solutions.
