Cílem bakalářské práce je vyhodnotit přínos zařízení a technologií ke zpracování odpadu, které budou hrát roli při přechodu na oběhové hospodářství. V úvodu práce je představen koncept oběhového hospodářství, seznámení s evropskou legislativou týkající se odpadového hospodářství, uvedení plánu odpadového hospodářství ČR společně s metodikou pro vykazování dílčích výsledků a srovnání kritických výsledků s vybranými státy EU. Jádro práce představuje vytvořený přehled aktuální zpracovatelské infrastruktury a potenciálně zajímavých nových technologií, které mohou pomoci vpřechodu na cirkulární ekonomiku a dosáhnout tak ambiciózních cílů Evropské unie. Výstupy práce mohou napomoct při směřování budoucího vývoje odpadového hospodářství a poskytnout tak ucelený vhled do problematiky zpracování odpadu, jehož cíle jsou řízeny zejména evropskou legislativou v kontextu nastavených ekologických milníků. This bachelor’s thesis aims to evaluate the contribution of waste management infrastructure and technologies that will play a part in the transition to circular economy. The introduction consists of the concept of circular economy and the European legislation on waste management. Furthermore it presents the waste management plan of the Czech Republic together with the methodology for reporting partial results and comparison of critical results with selected EU countries. The core of the thesis is an overview of the current processing infrastructure and potentially interesting new technologies that could help in the transition to a circular economy and thus achieve the ambitious objectives of the European Union. The outputs of the thesis can help to guide the future development of the waste management sector and thus provide a comprehensive insight into waste treatment issues, the objectives of which are mainly driven by European legislation in the context of set environmental milestones.
