Bakalářská práce se zabývá výrobou rotační součásti – ložiskového čepu. Nejprve je řešena samotná součást, její rozměry a materiál a následně je zvolen vhodný polotovar. Rešerše se zaměřuje na použité výrobní technologie. V další části je navržena technologie výroby ložiskového čepu. Technologický postup se skládá ze zvolených výrobních strojů a nástrojů, výrobního postupu a výrobní kontroly součásti, včetně použitých měřidel. The bachelor's thesis deals with the production of a rotary component – a bearing pin. First, the component itself, its dimensions and material are solved, and then a suitable semi-finished product is selected. The research focuses on the production technologies used. In the next part, the production technology of the bearing pin is proposed. The technological process consists of selected production machines and tools, production process and production control of component, including gauges used.
