Cílem práce je průzkum v oblasti technologií kosého válcování. Nejdříve je popsán ohřev materiálu, který je nedílnou součástí většiny tvářecích procesů. Zmíněno je především předcházení nežádoucím jevům, které při ohřevu mohou nastat. Uvedeny jsou i ohřívací pece, které se nejčastěji nachází ve válcovnách. Následně jsou představeny metody využívané při prvotní fázi výroby bezešvých trubek. Kromě popsání jednotlivých principů je zde nastíněno i deformačního chování materiálu. Poté je rozebrán popis dokončovacích operací, potřebných na vyválcování trubek na finální rozměry. Na závěr jsou představeny speciální tvářecí stolice, díky kterým se dají tvářet závity, kuličkové polotovary nebo dokonce kulové čepy, využívané u zavěšení kol osobních automobilů. The aim of the thesis is research in the field of diagonal rolling technology. First, the heating of the material, which is an integral part of most forming processes, is described. In particular, the prevention of undesirable phenomena that can occur during heating is mentioned. Also mentioned are the heating furnaces, most commonly found in rolling mills. Then the methods used in the initial stage of seamless tube production are presented. In addition to a description of the individual principles, the deformation behaviour of the material is outlined. Subsequently, a description of the finishing operations required to roll the tubes to final dimensions is discussed. In the last section are introduce special forming benches, which can be used to form threads, ball blanks or even ball pins, used in the suspension of passenger car wheels.
