Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá projektovou dokumentáciou pre novostavbu pasívneho rodinného domu umiestneného v obci Dolní Břežany v Stredočeskom kraji. Riešený pozemok je prístupný z miestnej komunikácie a je mierne svažitý. Bakalárska práca má dve časti. Prvá časť pozostáva z architektonicko-stavebného riešenia a zhodnotenia stavebnej fyziky. Druhá časť predstavuje návrh technického zariadenia budovy - vzduchotechnika, vykurovanie, zdravotne technické a elektrické inštalácie a hospodárenie s dažďovými vodami. Dom má dve nadzemné podlažia. Na prvom nadzemnom podlaží je umiestnená technická miestnosť, úložné priestory, toaleta, pracovňa a obývacia miestnosť spojená s kuchyňou a jedálňou. Na druhom nadzemnom podlaží sú situované tri izby, spálňa rodičov, kúpeľňa, toaleta a šatne. Obvodové nosné steny tvorí vápenopieskové murivo zateplené systémom ETICS za použitia expandovaného grafitového polystyrénu. Dom je založený na základových pásoch. Stropná konštrukcia je riešená ako prefamonolitická s filigránovými panelmi a vrstvou monolitického betónu. Dom je krytý plochou zelenou strechou. V dome je inštalované nútené vetranie. Dom je vykurovaný podlahovým kúrením so zdrojom tepla z tepelného čerpadla typu zem/voda. Dom je opatrený fotovoltaickou elektrárňou. Dažďové vody zo striech a spevnených plôch sú akumulované a využívané pre zalievanie záhrady. Prebytočná naakumulovaná voda bude vsakovaná na riešenom pozemku. V rámci Bakalárskej práce bol tiež spracovaný Preukaz energetickej náročnosti budovy. Projektová dokumentácia bola spracovaná metodikou BIM. The bachelor's thesis deals with a project documentation for a building permission of a newly-built single family passive house located in municipality Dolní Břežany in the Central Bohemian Region. The plot is accessible by local road and is slightly sloping. The thesis has two parts. The first part presents structural and architectural design and also building physics assessment. The second part presents the design of building services – ventilation, heating, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and rainwater management. The house has two above-ground stories. On the ground floor there is a utility room, storage space, toilet, home-office and kitchen which is open to the dining area and living room. On the first floor there are situated three bedrooms, master’s bedroom, bathroom, toilet and walk-in-wardrobes. The vertical load-bearing structure of the house is sand-lime block masonry. External walls are insulated with graphite polystyrene ETICS. The house is built on foundation strips. The floor structure consists of filigree slab with a concrete screed. The house has a flat green roof. The house has mechanical ventilation. It is heated by floor heating with an earth-water heat pump as the heat source. It also has photovoltaic panels providing electricity. The rainwater is collected from roofs and paved surface and is used for watering a garden. The excess rainwater is infiltrated on the property. The Energy Performance Certificate was calculated. The project documentation is developed using BIM methodology.
