Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu řízení projektu výstavby. Obsahem teoretické části je vysvětlení základních pojmů a seznámení se s metodami z oblasti plánování projektů. Praktická část je zaměřena na aplikaci vybraných metod projektového řízení na projektu výstavby polyfunkčního objektu v historickém centru města Trnava. The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of construction project management. The theoretical part explains basic concepts and clarifies the methods of the project planning. The practical part is focused on the application of selected project management methods on the construction of the multifunctional building in the historic center of Trnava.
