Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na využití metod projektového řízení při vývoji aplikace ve firmě. První část se věnuje teoretické pojmy a metody, které jsou použity v návrhové části. Analytická část popisuje současný stav společnosti AUTOCONT a.s., ve které je projekt realizován a způsob, jak jsou zde projekty vedeny. Je zde také popsán samotný projekt, na který se vztahuje návrhová část práce, kde jsou využity nástroje projektového managementu pro vývoj aplikace do podnikového informačního systému Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The bachelor's thesis is focused on the use of project management methods in the development of an application for a company. The first part deals with the theoretical concepts and methods that are used in the design part. The analytical part describes the current state of the company AUTOCONT a.s., where the project is implemented, and the way projects are managed there. It also describes the project itself, for which the design part of the thesis refers to the use of project management tools to develop an application for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central enterprise information system.
