Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pracovněprávních vztahů z hlediska optimalizace mzdových nákladů. Práce se zaměřuje na konkrétní zaměstnavatele a jejím hlavním záměrem je předložení návrhů na optimalizaci mzdových a osobních nákladů tohoto zaměstnavatele. V teoretické části práce jsou definovány základní pojmy týkající se pracovněprávních vztahů. Analytická část se věnuje popisu konkrétního problému zaměstnavatele, který se týká nedostatku zaměstnanců. Na základě získaných poznatků z obou částí práce jsou navrženy konkrétní doporučení pro řešení daného problému. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of labor relations from the perspective of optimizing wage costs. The thesis focuses on a specific employer, and its main aim is to present proposals for optimizing the wage and personal costs of this employer. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic concepts related to labor relations. The analytical part describes the specific problem of the employer, which concerns a shortage of employees. Based on the findings from both parts of the thesis, specific recommendations are proposed for solving the given problem.
