Bakalárska práca sa zaobera projektovým riadením v stavebnej spoločnosti za využitia best practices projektového managementu. V teoretickej časti sú zadefinované najdôležitejšie pojmy z oblasti riadenia projektov. Analytická časť sa zaoberá predstavením spoločnosti a vyhodnotením súčasného stavu projektového riadenia vo firme. Nakoniec sú vytvorené návrhy na zlepšenia riadenia projektov. The bachelor's thesis deals with project management in a construction company using the best practices of project management. In the theoretical part, the most important concepts from the field of project management are defined. The analytical part deals with the introduction of the company and the evaluation of the current state of project management in the company. Finally, suggestions are made to improve project management.
