Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na úpravu výrobní linky ve společnosti Panasonic Automotive Systems Czech s. r. o. s cílem zvýšení produktivity a snížení nákladů. Teoretická část práce nejdříve definuje principy a metodiky užívané v práci. Analytická část slouží k představení společnosti, ale především popisuje data, která budou dále užívaná v celé práci. Návrhová část slouží k nastínění jednotlivých změn, ke kterým bylo přistoupeno. This bachelor thesis focuses on modification of assembly line at the company Panasonic Automotive Systems Czech s. r. o. for sole purpose of increasing productivity while lowering costs. Theoretical part firstly defines principles and methods used in thesis. Analytical part introduces a company, but mainly describes the data, which will be used later. Proposition part is used to outline of individual change, that have been made.
