Cílem práce je popis a analyzování rodičovské dovolené ve vztahu k návratu rodičů na pracovní trh. Práce je v teoretické části věnována rodině a rodičovské dovolené z hlediska sociologického a právního. Praktická část se zaměřuje na tzv. vícerychlostní dovolenou. Zjišťuje, jakou variantu vícerychlostní rodičovské dovolené si rodiče vybírají nejčastěji a z jakých důvodů. The aim of this thesis is a description and analyzing of parental leave in relation to parentsˇa return to the labor market. The thesis is in theoretical part devoted to family and parental leave in terms of sociological and legal. The practical part deals with selection of one of variants of multi-speed parental leave and with the reasons of its selection.
