Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice elektronických podpisů, zejména zaručeného elektronického podpisu, v souvislosti s nařízením EIDAS. V první části je rozebrána právní stránka, vymezeny právní limity podpisů a analyzována rozhodovací praxe v ČR. Druhá část se věnuje podpisům, opět hlavně zaručenému, a jejich limitům z technického pohledu. V závěru je představena aplikace vytvářející a následně i využívající zaručený elektronický podpis. The bachelor thesis is devoted to the issue of digital signatures, in particular advanced digital signatures, in the context of the EIDAS regulation. The first part discusses the legal aspect, defines the legal limits of signatures and analyses the decision-making practice in the Czech Republic. The second part deals with signatures, again mainly advanced, and their limits from a technical point of view. Finally, an application creating and subsequently using an advanced digital signature is presented.
