Závěrečná práce se zabývá analýzou a~zhodnocením ovlivnění zakrytí dutin nosu a~hrudi člověka, dále pak změnou postoje mluvčího, konkrétně pokud je mluvčí vzpřímený a~shrbený. Zkoumána je jednak změna hladiny intenzity jednotlivých harmonických složek ve spektru a~dále pak směrová charakteristika, jak se hladina intenzity mění v~různých úhlech od vychýlení od nulové osy mluvčího. This thesis deals with analysis and evaluation of how much covering resonance cavities affects spectrum and diverctivity, then human position, when he is upright and hunched over. The task was to research changing of intensity level in spectrum, directivity characteristics and how is directivity being changed in various angles according to the speaker position.
