Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tepelně-hydraulickým návrhem vysokoteplotního tepelného čerpadla pro průmyslové využití a dále technickým, ekonomickým a environmentálním vyhodnocením jeho aplikace v porovnání s tradičními zdroji tepelné energie. Úvodem je představena aktuální problematika rostoucích cen energií a dále technologie pro využití odpadního tepla v průmyslových provozech jako možné řešení pro zmírnění dopadů rostoucích cen. V další části práce jsou představeny výsledky rešerše technologie vysokoteplotních tepelných čerpadel zahrnující jejich technologické provedení, přehled zde využívaných pracovních látek a popis základních aplikovaných komponent jako výměníky tepla, kompresory a redukční ventily. Praktická část je zaměřena na návrh vysokoteplotního tepelného čerpadla do konkrétního průmyslového provozu. Pomocí simulačních softwarových nástrojů je vybrána vhodná pracovní látka a termodynamický cyklus tepelného čerpadla. Následuje tepelně-hydraulický návrh výparníku, kondenzátoru a výběr kompresorů. Na konec této práce je uvedeno ekonomické zhodnocení navrženého zařízení v daném provozu a jeho porovnání s tradičními zdroji tepelné energie. Z analýzy vyplývá, že investice do tepelného čerpadla je při stávajících cenách energií spojena s uspokojivou dobou návratnosti a úsporou energie v porovnání s tradičními zdroji tepelné energie. This thesis deals with the thermal-hydraulic design of a high-temperature heat pump for industrial application and the technical, economic, and environmental evaluation of its use in comparison with traditional sources of heat energy. The current issue of rising energy prices is introduced, as are technologies for waste heat recovery in industrial plants as a possible solution to mitigate the impact of rising prices. In the next part of the thesis, the results of the research on high-temperature heat pump technology are presented, including their technological design, an overview of the working fluid used, and a description of the basic applied components such as heat exchangers, compressors, and pressure-reducing valves. The practical part focuses on the design of a high-temperature heat pump for a specific industrial plant. Using simulation software tools, a suitable working fluid and thermodynamic cycle of the heat pump are selected. This is followed by the thermal-hydraulic design of the evaporator, condenser, and selection of compressors. At the end of this thesis, an economic evaluation of the designed plant in the given operation and its comparison with traditional thermal energy sources are presented. The analysis shows that an investment in a heat pump at current energy prices is associated with a acceptable payback period and energy savings compared to traditional sources of thermal energy.
