Diplomová práca je zameraná na tepelno-hydraulickú analýzu prevádzkovaného výmenníka tepla v jednotke rozparovania etylénu. V teoretickej časti práce je predstavená konštrukcia rúrkových výmenníkov tepla so segmentovými prepážkami a základy tepelno-hydraulického výpočtu. Predmetom praktickej časti je výparník, ktorý je súčasťou jednotky bez merania prietokov horúcej pracovnej látky – pary a chladnej pracovnej látky – etylénu. Preto je najskôr zostavená hmotnostne energetická bilancia jednotky pomocou software ChemCAD. Samotný tepelno-hydraulický výpočet výparníka je následne realizovaný v programe HTRI. Pre účely analýzy správania výparníka za rôznych prevádzkových podmienok je vytvorený kombinovaný model, ktorý spočíva v iteratívnom postupe výpočtu medzi týmito dvoma programami. Výpočtovým modelom je overená funkcia výparníka pri niekoľkých prevádzkových podmienkach. Súčasťou práce sú okrem návrhov konštrukčných úprav aj nové návrhy výparníkov na mieru spolu s ekonomickým zhodnotením. The diploma thesis is focused on the thermal-hydraulic analysis of an operating heat exchanger in an ethylene evaporation unit. In the theoretical part of the thesis the design of shell and tube heat exchanger and the basics of the thermal-hydraulic calculation are presented. The subject of the practical part is the evaporator, which is a part of the unit without measuring the flow rates of the hot stream – steam, and the cold stream – ethylene. Therefore, ChemCAD is used to calculate mass and energy balance of the unit. The actual thermal-hydraulic calculation of the evaporator is then performed in the HTRI software. For the purpose of analysing the evaporator behaviour under different operating conditions, a combined model is developed. The model consists of an iterative calculation procedure between ChemCAD and HTRI. The computational model verifies the evaporator function under several operating conditions. In addition to the design proposals, the work also includes new customized evaporator designs together with an economic evaluation.
