Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo provést analýzu systému podpory a regulace obchodního podnikání v Německu. V první části práce jsem se zaměřila na právní úpravu podnikání v Německu, na daňový systém a na institucionální podporu hospodářských aktivit v zahraničí. V druhé části práce byl rozebrán systém organizací a jejich programů zabývajících se podporou podnikání v Německu. Systém podpory podnikání v Německu je zaměřen především na malé a střední podniky a na podporu exportu malých a středních podniků. V práci jsou uvedeny konkrétní programy na podporu středního podnikání pro Spolkovou zemi Bavorsko. Finanční vývoj podpory a regulace podnikání v Německu je v práci zhodnocen vývojem výše dotací Spolku a jednotlivých spolkových zemí od roku 2000 {--} 2007. The aim of my bachelor theses was to analyse the system of the support and regulation of business in Germany and to review the progression of this system. In the first part of the work there were described the business rules, the taxation in Germany and the institutional promotion of economic activities in Germany and abroad. In the second part of the work there was analysed the system of organizations and their programs concerned with the subvention of the business in Germany and the export support system in the country. The system of the business support in Germany is focused mainly on the small and middle {--} sized enterprises and on their export support. In the bachelor theses are given specific programs to support SMEs in the Bavaria. The financial progress of the support and regulation of business in Germany is reviewed in the bachelor theses by the development of the grants of the Federal Government and of the individual federal countries from 2000 to 2007.
