Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na efektivitu a bezpečnost práce zaměstnanců v jaderné elektrárně. S cílem posílit tyto klíčové pilíře bezpečného fungování podniku a předcházet nechtěným situacím byl vytvořen systém nápravy a prevence s využitím virtuálního robota a vlastního programování. V rámci řešení je vyvinuta aplikace, která bude přístupná pro všechny zaměstnance i dodavatele jaderných elektráren. This master's thesis is focused on enhancing the efficiency and safety of employees' work in a nuclear power plant. The primary objective of this study is to reinforce the foundational pillars of secure company operations and proactively mitigate potential undesired incidents. To achieve this, a corrective and preventive system has been designed utilizing a virtual robot and proprietary programming techniques. As part of the proposed solution, an application has been developed to provide accessibility to all employees and contractors of nuclear power plants.
