Diplomová práce popisuje problematiku bezpečnosti práce a pracovní úrazovosti v zemědělství při konkrétním pohledu na oblast manipulace se zemědělskými pro-dukty. Pracovní úraz je zapříčiněn souborem několika vzájemně působících faktorů a tyto faktory jsou považovány jako hlavní zdroj a příčina pracovních úrazů, které ovlivňují vznik pracovních úrazů. Jako nejdůležitější prvek v ochraně zdraví a bezpečnosti práce je prevence. Po-vinnost hodnotit riziko je jedním ze základních principů preventivního pojetí politiky BOZP, která je prosazována ve všech zemích hlásících se k principům bezpečného podniku. Základní nutnost chránit zdraví jednotlivce je již pevně zakotvena i v nejzákladnějším právním dokumentu jakým je Ústava ČR. Základním cílem této práce je na základě analýzy faktorů, které se podílejí na vzniku pracovních úrazů a na základě provedené analýzy, stanovit pravidla a dopo-ručení pro zemědělské podniky tak, aby jim sloužila jako pomoc při eliminaci vzni-ku těchto úrazů. My Diploma thesis describes the issues of safety and labour accidents in an agriculture in particular looking at the handling of agricultural products. The accident at work is due to an aggregation of several interacting factors and the factors are con-sidered as the main source and cause of accidents at work that affect the creation of industrial accidents. The most important element in protecting the health and safety is prevention. An Obligation to assess risk is one of the fundamental principles of the concept of preventive occupational health and safety policy, which is enforced in all countries declaring the principles of safe - company. The basic need to protect the health of individuals is well established in the Constitution of the Czech Republic. The primary objective of this work is based on an analysis of factors involved in causing accidents at work and on the basis of the analysis, rules and recommenda-tions for the farms so that they serve as a support in the elimination of such acci-dents.
