Tato diplomová práce se zabývá modifikací konstrukce výložníku smykového nakladače. Hlavním úkolem je provést pevnostní analýzu původní konstrukce metodou konečných prvků v každém z definovaných zátěžný stavů, vyhodnotit všechny analýzy a následně navrhnout modifikace původní konstrukce za účelem zlepšení mechanických vlastností ve všech zátěžných stavech. Kromě pevnostní analýzy se práce zabývá rovněž ověřením použitých přímočarých hydromotorů, analýzou zátěžných stavů k jejich definování a kontrolou statické a dynamické stability původní konstrukce celého nakladače. Závěrem je vyhodnocení získaných výsledků z pevnostní analýzy modifikované konstrukce v každém z definovaných zátěžných stavů rovněž metodou konečných prvků. This diploma thesis deals with the modification of the skid loader boom construction. The main task is to perform a strength analysis of the original structure using the finite element method in each of the defined load states, evaluate all analyzes and then propose modifications to the original structure in order to improve the mechanical properties in all load states. In addition to the strength analysis, the work also deals with the verification of the used straight-line hydraulic motors, the analysis of load conditions to define them and the control of the static and dynamic stability of the original structure of the entire loader. The conclusion is the evaluation of the obtained results from the strength analysis of the modified structure in each of the defined load states also by the finite element method.
