Cílem práce je posoudit vliv povrchové úpravy eloxace na adhezi lepidla a celkovou pevnost spoje. Pro experimentální část byly zvoleny čtyři lepidla a to SikaPower 1554, SikaPower 1200, Ergo 7430 a Weldyx Professional 5 black. S jejich použitím byly vytvořeny vzorky z eloxovaných hliníkových pásků, které byly podrobeny zkoušce pevnosti ve smyku a zkoušce tahem na tupo. U obou experimentů vyšlo z hlediska pevnosti nejlépe lepidlo Sikapower 1200. Nejhůře si vedl přípravek Ergo 7430. Při kontrole vzniklých lomů bylo zjištěno, že téměř všechny porušení mají kohezní charakter. Tento výsledek nás přivádí k závěru, že adheze lepidla a eloxovaného povrchu byla velmi dobrá a vedla k uspokojivým pevnostním výsledkům spojů. The aim of the work is to assess the effect of surface treatment of anodization on adhesion of adhesive and overall strength of the joint. For the experimental part, four adhesives were chosen namely SikaPower 1554, SikaPower 1200, Ergo 7430 and Weldyx Professional 5 black. Using these, samples of anodized aluminium strips were made and subjected to shear strength and tensile tests. For both experiments, Sikapower 1200 adhesive came out best in terms of strength. The worst performer was Ergo 7430. When checking the fractures that occurred, it was found that almost all the fractures were cohesive in nature. This result leads us to conclude that the adhesion between the adhesive and the anodized surface was very good and led to satisfactory bond strength results.
