Urbanistický návrh se snaží centru města vtisknout jeho původní řád, tj. původní parcelaci a vysoce prostupná jádrová oblast centra. V okolí centra je vytvořeno množství menších center – prostorů pro setkávání, které kolem sebe soustřeďují upravené i nově navržené objekty rodinných, bytových i polyfunkčních domů. This urban design tries to insert the original order of the city center. It is the original subdivision and the highly permeable core of the center. In the vicinity of the center, a number of smaller centers have been created. These are spaces for meeting, which concentrate modified and newly designed family, apartment and mixed-use buildings around them.
