Diplomová práca sa zaoberá posúdením aktuálneho stavu projektového riadenia spoločnosti JONCKERS a návrhom zlepšenia jeho efektívnosti a bezpečnosti. Súčasťou práce je podrobnejší pohľad na všeobecné nastavovanie projektov, ktoré spoločnosť vykonáva a detailná analýza jedného zvoleného projektu. Analýza súčasného stavu projektu je vykonaná pomocou vlastne navrhnutých analýz nastavenia projektu a projektového tímu a spracovania analýzy rizík. Následne sú v práci navrhnuté riešenia, ktorých cieľom je eliminovať objavené nedostatky projektového riadenia a tým dosiahnuť jeho vyššiu bezpečnosť a efektivitu. The diploma thesis deals with the assessment of the current project management setting in the JONCERS company and the proposal for its efficiency and security improvement. The thesis includes detailed look at the general project management setting, which company use and detailed analysis of one chosen project. Analysis of the current state of the project is made by using own created analysis of the project and project team setting and by using the risk analysis. Subsequently, the thesis contains solution proposals, which goal is improvement of project management weaknesses and by it achieve higher security and efficiency.
