Diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací energetické náročnosti výrobního procesu, jehož hlavní vstupní surovinou pro zpracování výrobku do požadované kvality je zemní plyn. Podkladem pro zpracování diplomové práce je analýza dat z proběhlých zkoušek. Na základě analyzovaných dat proběhne optimalizace výrobního kolečka, návrh na snížení energetické náročnosti a jako poslední ekonomické zhodnocení úspory, která se od optimalizace očekává. The thesis deals with the optimization of the energy consumption of a production process, the main input raw material for processing the product to the required quality is natural gas. The basis for the preparation of the thesis is the analysis of the data from the tests conducted. On the basis of the analyzed data, the optimization of the production wheel, the proposal for reducing the energy consumption and, lastly, the economic evaluation of the savings expected from the optimization.
