Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na posouzení investičního záměru, týkající se vybudování závodní ordinace ve výrobní společnosti. Hodnotí nejen společností vybraný projekt, ale zaměřuje se rovněž na další možné řešení. Za pomoci statických metod jsou nabízené projekty následně srovnány a zhodnoceny. The thesis focuses on the assessment of an investment project related to the construction of a plant surgery in a manufacturing company. It evaluates not only the project selected by the company, but also focuses on other possible solutions. Using static methods, the proposed projects are then compared and evaluated.
