Tato diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením výkonnosti vybrané společnosti na základě modelu START PLUS. Tímto vícekriteriálním modelem je provedena analýza společnosti jejímž prostřednictvím jsou identifikovány silné stránky společnosti a rovněž i oblasti pro zlepšení. Pro vybrané z oblastí jsou zpracovány návrhy na zlepšení, jejichž realizace povede ke zvýšení výkonnosti vybrané společnosti. This thesis deals with the performance evaluation of a selected company based on the START PLUS model. This multi-criteria model is used to analyse the company and identify its strengths as well as areas for improvement. For selected areas, suggestions for improvement are made, the implementation of which will lead to an increase in the performance of the selected company.
