Diplomová práca je zameraná na analýzu faktorov, ktoré ovplyvňujú cenu bytov v Brne. V práci bola vyhotovená podrobná analýza aktuálnej ponuky bytov v Brne a porovnaná s trhom v Prahe. Zo získaných údajov o bytoch bol vytvorený regresný model použitím softvéru JASP. Základným výstupom práce je konštrukcia interaktívnej kalkulačky na základe implementácie vytvorených modelov softvérom JASP, ktorá umožňuje predikovať ceny bytov. The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the factors that influence the price of flats in Brno. In the thesis a detailed analysis of the current supply of flats in Brno was made and compared with the market in Prague. From the obtained data on apartments a regression model was created using JASP software. The main output of the thesis is the construction of an interactive calculator based on the implementation of the created models by the JASP software, which allows to predict the prices of flats.
