Hlavnou témou bakalárskej práce je základná teória a aplikácia zlomkových diferenciálnych rovníc a základných epidemiologických modelov. V posledných rokoch sa používanie zlomkovej kalkulu stalo populárnejším a v mnoho prípadoch, v epidemiológii, vhodnejšie. V práce predstavíme pojmy z teórie neceločíselného rádu diferenciálných rovníc, ako Riemann--Liouvillov integrál a derivácia, Caputova derivácia, a pojmy numerického riešení ako zlomková metóda prediktor-korektor.
The main topic of the bachelor thesis is the basic theory and application of fractional differential equations and basic epidemiological models. In recent years, the use of fractional calculus has become more popular and in many cases, in epidemiology, more appropriate. In this thesis, we introduce concepts from the theory of non-integer order differential equations, such as Riemann--Liouville integral and derivative, Caputo derivative, and numerical solution concepts such as the fractional predictor-corrector method.
