Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh novostavby bytového domu ve Frenštátě pod Radhoštěm. Jedná se o samostatně stojící bytový dům se 4 nadzemními podlažími a částečným podsklepením. V prvním patře se nachází kavárna, ve zbylých podlažích je pak navrženo 6 bytových jednotek s balkóny nebo terasou. Na jižní straně pozemku se nachází 14 parkovacích stání pro rezidenty domu a zároveň návštěvníky kavárny. Svislý konstrukční systém v nadzemní části je řešen pomocí keramických tvarovek Porotherm s kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS z minerální vaty. Částečné podsklepení je navrhnuto z tvarovek ztraceného bednění. Vodorovné konstrukce jsou tvořeny monolitickými železobetonovými deskami. Stavba má jednoduchý obdélníkový půdorys a je založena na základových pasech a železobetonových patkách. Celý objekt je zastřešen jednoplášťovou plochou střechou. The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of a new apartment building in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm. It is a detached apartment building with 4 above-ground floors and a partial basement. There is a cafe on the first floor, and 6 apartment units with balconies or terraces are designed on the remaining floors. On the south side of the property there are 14 parking spaces for residents of the building and at the same time visitors to the cafe. The vertical structural system in the above-ground part is solved using Porotherm ceramic fittings with the ETICS contact insulation system made of mineral wool. A partial sub-basement is designed from the fittings of the lost formwork. Horizontal structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The building has a simple rectangular floor plan and is based on foundation belts and reinforced concrete footings. The entire building is covered with a single-layer flat roof.
