Predmetom bakalárskej práce je návrh bytového domu umiestneného na okraji mesta Trnava, Slovenská republika. Pozemok sa nachádza na východnej strane mesta, pričom v tejto lokalite prebieha a bude prebiehať výstavba viacerých bytových domov. Jedná sa o trojpodlažný, čiastočne podpivničený objekt s pochôdznou vegetačnou strechou a vstupom orientovaným na západ. Primárny tvar je hranol s predsadenou časťou, v ktorej sa nachádza schodisko, výťah a je ňou zabezpečený prístup na spoločnú terasu. V suteréne sa nachádza technická miestnosť, sušiareň, bicyklová garáž s kočikárňou a pivničné boxy. V objekte sa nachádza dvanásť bytových jednotiek dvoch kategórií, 3+kk (9 bytov) a 1+kk (3 byty), pričom sa v každom nadzemnom podlaží nachádzajú štyri byty. V 1NP majú dva najväčšie byty predzáhradky orientované na východ a v 2NP a 3NP majú všetky byty závesné balkóny. Spoločné priestory počínajúce vstupnou halou obsahujú chodby ku bytom oddelené otváracími dverami, schodiskový priestor prechádzajúci cez všetky podlažia a výťah pojazdný do 1S, 1NP, 2NP a 3NP, bez strojovne. Konštrukčný systém objektu je obojsmerný, tvorený z keramických brúsených tvárnic v nadzemných podlažiach a debniacich tvárnic v suteréne. Obvodové steny sú opatrené vonkajším kontaktným zatepľovacím systémom ETICS. Vodorovné konštrukcie sú z predpätých stropných panelov SPIROLL. Bytový dom je založený na základových pásoch z prostého betónu. Objekt je takmer celý zastrešený plochou pochôdznou vegetačnou strechou a nad priestorom schodiska je použitá nepochôdzna plochá strecha zaťažená oblým kamenivom.
The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the design of an apartment building located on the outskirts of the city of Trnava, Slovakia. The building land is situated on the eastern side of the city, where several residential buildings are currently under construction or planned. It is a three-story, partially basement building with a vegetation roof and an entrance facing west. The primary shape is a prism with a indented section containing the staircase, elevator, and providing access to a communal terrace. The basement contains a technical room, laundry room, bicycle garage with a stroller storage area, and storage units. The building comprises twelve residential units of two categories: 3+kk (nine apartments) and 1+kk (three apartments), with four apartments on each above-ground floor. The apartments on the first floor have private front yards facing east, while all apartments on the second and third floor have suspended balconies. The common areas, starting from the entrance hall, including corridors leading to the individual apartments separated by swinging doors, a staircase space spanning to all floors, and an elevator servicing the ground floor, first floor, second floor, and third floor, without the machine room. The structural system of the building is two-way system, consisting of ceramic bricks in the above-ground floors and fromwork fittings in the basement. The external walls are insulated with an external thermal insulation composite system ETICS. The horizontal structures consist of prestressed ceiling panels SPIROLL. The apartment building is founded on simple concrete strip foundations. The majority of the building is covered with a flat vegetation roof that can be accessed, while the area above the staircase features an inaccessible flat roof with rounded gravel ballast.
