Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace bytového domu situovaného na pozemku v k.ú. Kuřim, konkrétně na parcele č. 1741, v lokalitě bytových domů. Jedná se o samostatně stojící dům se třemi nadzemními a jedním podzemním podlažím. Dům má osm bytových jednotek, jsou zde navrženy tři bytové jednotky 1+KK, tři bytové jednotky 2+1 a dvě bytové jednotky 4+KK, v podzemní garáži je parkování pro pět aut a tři motocykly, technická místnost a sklepní kóje. V prvním nadzemním podlaží je kočárkárna, zasedací místnost a dva byty, v druhém a třetím nadzemním podlaží je po třech bytech. Na pozemku je příjezdová cesta a další parkovací stání. Dům je zastřešen jednoplášťovou plochou střechou. Suterénní zdi a základová konsturkce jsou navrženy z vodostavebního betonu. Svislé stěny v nadzemních podlažích jsou z keramického zdiva. Součástí práce je stavebnětechnická dokumentace. The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the processing of project documentation for a residential building located on a plot of land in the cadastral area of Kuřim, specifically on plot number 1741, in an area with residential buildings. It is a standalone house with three above-ground floors and one underground floor. The house has eight residential units, including three 1+KK units, three 2+1 units, and two 4+KK units. The underground garage provides parking space for five cars and three motorcycles, along with a technical room and storage units. The first above-ground floor contains a stroller room, a meeting room, and two apartments, while the second and third above-ground floors have three apartments each. The property includes an access road and additional parking spaces. The house is covered with a single-ply flat roof. The basement walls and foundation structure are designed using waterproof concrete. The vertical walls in the above-ground floors are made of ceramic masonry. The work includes construction-technical documentation.
