Obsahem bakalářské práce je projektová dokumentace bytového domu, který se nachází v městské části Brno-Černovice. Dům o pěti bytových jednotkách je navržen na rovinatém doposud nezastavěném pozemku. Dům je zděný, má tři nadzemní podlaží a není podsklepen. Nad částí objektu je navržena pobytová vegetační střecha, zbylá část objektu je zastřešena plochou střechou. Součástí bakalářské práce je textová část zpracovávající průvodní zprávu, souhrnnou technickou zprávu a technickou zprávu objektu a rozsáhlá přílohová část obsahující výkresovou dokumentaci, posouzení objektu z hlediska stavební fyziky a požárně bezpečnostní řešení objektu. The content of the bachelor's thesis is the project documentation of an apartment building located in the Brno-Černovice district. The house with five residential units is designed on a flat, as yet undeveloped plot of land. The building uses masonry structural system, has three floors above ground and no basement. A residential green roof is designed above part of the building, the rest of the building is covered with a flat roof. First part of the bachelor's thesis is a text part processing the accompanying report, a summary technical report and a technical report of the object and an extensive appendix containing visual documentation, an assessment of the object from the point of view of building physics and fire safety solutions of the object.
