Cieľom bakalárskej práce je stanoviť zastúpenie nákladov vybraných stavebných spoločností pomocou vertikálnej analýzy v období rokov 2016 – 2020. Vertikálna analýza spočíva vo výpočte percentuálneho stanovenia nákladov voči tržbám. Do analýzy sú zahrnuté stavebné podniky pôsobiace v Slovenskej a Českej republike. Analýza je spracovaná pomocou softvéru MS Excel. Výstupom tejto analýzy je zobrazenie percentuálneho zastúpenia nákladov jednotlivých spoločností. Výsledné percentuálne podiely nákladov sú vzájomne porovnávané medzi spoločnosťami a takisto aj s celorepublikovými priemermi. The aim of the bachelor´s thesis is to determine the cost representation of selected construction companies by using the vertical analysis from 2016 to 2020. The vertical analysis consists of calculating the percentage determination of costs in relation to sales. The analysis includes construction companies operating in the Slovak and the Czech Republic. The analysis is processed using MS Excel software. The output of this analysis is the display of the percentage representation of the costs of individual companies. The resulting percentages of costs are mutually compared between companies and also with national averages.
