Bakalářská práce se zabývá vertikální analýzou nákladů společnosti ZIPP Brno s.r.o. v letech 2017 až 2021 a získané hodnoty porovnává s celorepublikovým průměrem ve stavebnictví. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část teoreticky charakterizuje stavebnictví, stavební podnik a účetní výkazy, popisuje finanční analýzu včetně vertikální analýzy a definuje a člení náklady. Druhá část představuje hodnocenou společnost ZIPP Brno s.r.o., předmět jejího podnikání a zpracovává vertikální analýzu jednotlivých nákladových položek, které následně porovnává s celorepublikovým průměrem ve stavebnictví. The bachelor thesis deals with a vertical analysis of the costs of ZIPP Brno s.r.o. in the years 2017 to 2021 and compares the obtained values with the national average in the construction industry. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part theoretically characterizes the construction industry, construction company and financial statements, describes the financial analysis including vertical analysis and defines and breaks down the costs. The second part introduces the evaluated company ZIPP Brno s.r.o., the subject of its business and prepares a vertical analysis of individual cost items, which are then compared with the national average in the construction industry.
