Bakalářská práce se zabývá vnitropodnikovými směrnicemi společnosti KAMIKO – HYGIENE CZ, s.r.o. V první části jsou vymezena teoretická východiska zaměřená na vnitropodnikové směrnice a dlouhodobý majetek. Ve druhé části je představena společnost a zhodnocen současný stav jejích vnitropodnikových směrnic. Poslední část obsahuje komplexní návrh vnitropodnikové směrnice zaměřené na dlouhodobý majetek. The bachelor thesis deals with internal guidelines of the company KAMIKO – HYGIENE CZ, ltd. The first part defines theoretical bases focusing on internal directives and fixed assets. The company is introduced in the second part along with their actual state of the internal guidelines. The last part a comprehensive draft of the internal directive focused on fixed assets is created.
