Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje hodnocení výkonnosti podniku AROMATICA CZ s.r.o. pomocí různých metod, zejména však pomocí metod finanční analýzy. Závěrečnou práci lze rozdělit do tří částí: teoretickou, analytickou a návrhovou. Teoretická část bude sloužit jako podklad pro analytickou část. Třetí, tudíž poslední část je věnována návrhům na řešení a opatření, které by mohly pomoci podniku ke zlepšení aktuální situace. This bachelor thesis is devoted to the evaluation of the performance of the company AROMATICA CZ s.r.o. using various methods, especially financial analysis methods. The thesis can be divided into three parts: theoretical, analytical and design. The theoretical part will serve as a basis for the analytical part. The third and therefore last part is devoted to suggestions for solutions and measures that could help the company to improve the current situation.
