Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku zlepšení způsobu řízení pohledávek z obchodních vztahů ve vybrané obchodní korporaci. Na základě teoretických poznatků a provedené analýzy podniku a analýzy systému řízení pohledávek ve firmě jsou navržená opatření k zajištění pohledávek, která budou předcházet případnému vymáhání těchto pohledávek. Dále jsou popsány návrhy pro lepší firemní postupy vymáhání pohledávek a zlepšení interního firemního systému, pravidel a vedení, které povede ke snížení pohledávek z obchodních vztahů po lhůtě splatnosti. The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of improving the management of trade receivables in a selected business corporation. Based on the theoretical knowledge and the analysis of the company and the analysis of the receivables management system in the company, are proposed measures to secure receivables to prevent the possible recovery of these receivables. Also are described suggestions for better corporate debt recovery procedures and improvement to internal corporate system, rules and management that will lead to a reduction in overdue trade receivables.
