Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na financování dlouhodobého majetku konkrétní firmy. Práca je rozdělena na tři části. V první je rozebrána veškerá teorie, která souvisí s financováním a vysvětluje základní pojmy. V druhé, analytické části je teorie aplikovaná v praxi zpracováním vhodných analýz. V posledné, návrhové části je představen konkrétní návrh financování dlouhodobého majetku. This bachelors thesis focuses on financing of long-term asset of the chosen a specific company. The work is divided into three parts. The first, theoretical part provides all the theory and terms that are connected to financing. The second, analytical part applies the theory to the actual company by processing of suitable analysis. The last, practical part provides the options of financing the asset, compares all the options and choose the most convenient one.
