Bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem odměňování zaměstnanců vybrané společnosti. Cílem je doporučení vhodných návrhů, které by mohly být ve společnosti zavedeny. Práce se skládá ze tří hlavních částí. První je samotná teorie systému odměňování. Druhá část se zaměřuje na analýzu konkrétní společnosti. Analytická část se zaměřuje jak na společnost samotnou, tak i na její okolí a je nezbytná pro odhalení největších nedostatků v systému odměňování společnosti. Poslední část se věnuje návrhům, které by mohly být pro společnost prakticky využitelné. The bachelor thesis deals with the remuneration system of employees of a selected company. The aim is to recommend suitable proposals that could be implemented in the company. The thesis consists of three main parts. The first is the theory of the remuneration system itself. The second part focuses on the analysis of the particular company. The analytical part focuses on the company itself as well as the company's environment and is necessary to reveal the biggest flaws in the company's reward system. The last part focuses on suggestions that could be of practical use to the company.
