Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem Competitive Intelligence a jeho zavedením do vybrané společnosti. První část práce je zaměřena na vytvoření teoretických východisek. Ve druhé části je popsán současný stav podniku a jsou identifikovány důvody proč je proces CI nutno zavést. Závěrečná třetí část představuje vlastní návrh možných řešení a jejich zhodnocení. Cílem je tyto možnosti představit vrcholovému vedení firmy na jejichž základě budou schopni zavést do své podnikové praxe efektivní systém Competitive Intelligence. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the process of Competetive Intelligence and its implementation in a selected company. The first part focuses on establishing theoretical background. The second part describes the current state of the company and identifies the reasons why the CI process needs to be implemented. The final third part presents the actual proposal of possible solutions and their evaluation. The goal is to present these options to the company's top management based on which they will be able to implement an effective Competitive Intelligence system into their business practice.
