Bakalářská práce se zabývá vybranými aspekty řízení zásob. Zaměřuje se na analýzu současného stavu řízení zásob ve vybrané společnosti a výpočet optimalizace dodávek zásob. Na základě analýzy navrhuje doporučení, která povedou ke zlepšení řízení zásob ve společnosti a tím i ke snížení nákladů na zásoby. The bachelor thesis deals with the selected aspects of inventory management. It focuses on analysis of the current state of inventory management in the selected company and calculation of inventory supply optimization. Based on the analysis, it proposes recommendations that will lead to the improvement of inventory management in the company and thus to the reduction of inventory costs.
