Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na řízení obchodních zásob společnosti AQ import trading, s.r.o., v letech 2017-2021. První část obsahuje teoretická východiska dané problematiky, jsou zde charakterizovány zásoby a jejich členění, metody řízení zásob a logistika. V další části jsou výsledky finanční analýzy, které vychází z části teoretické. V poslední části jsou interpretovány výsledky a návrhy ke zlepšení situace společnosti. The bachelor's thesis focuses on the business inventory management of AQ import trading, s.r.o. between 2017 and 2021. The first part comprises theoretical background information, which characterizes inventories and their breakdown, stock management methods, and logistics. The subsequent part presents the results of the financial analysis, which is partly based on the aforementioned theory. The third part interprets the results and provides proposals to improve the company's situation.
