Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a realizací aplikace CPCalc sloužící pro vizualizaci koncentračních profilů při procesu termické difuze a iontové implantace. Aplikace je navržena s ohledem na její plánované využití při laboratorní výuce materiálově zaměřených předmětů na Ústavu elektrotechnologie. Teoretická část předkládané práce shrnuje technologický proces výroby polovodičů a v detailu se věnuje technologickým procesům pro dotování polovodičů – difuzi a iontové implantaci. V práci je představeno základní fungování a jednotlivé bloky aplikace CPCalc, která je vyvíjena v programovacím jazyce Python v kombinaci s knihovnou Tkinter, jejichž stručná charakterizace je v tomto textu rovněž obsažena. This thesis deals with the design and development of the CPCalc application used for the visualization of concentration profiles during the process of thermal diffusion and ion implantation. The application was designed with regard to its planned use in the laboratory teaching of material-oriented subjects at the UETE. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the technological process of semiconductor manufacturing and deals in detail with the technological processes for doping semiconductors – diffusion and ion implantation. The thesis presents the basic functioning and individual blocks of the CPCalc application, which is developed in the Python programming language in combination with the Tkinter library, a brief characterization of which is also included in this text.
