Tato práce se zabývá snímáním a vizualizací nečistot ve výrobních procesech a na povrchu DPS pomocí přístroje Recognoil 2W. Je popsán princip funkce přístroje Recognoil 2W a také další metody a možnosti, jak snímání nečistot probíhá. Metody přípravy povrchu a technologické procesy zpracování, kde je kladen důraz na čistotu povrchu. V závěru práce jsou zpracovány technologické procesy závislé na čistotě povrchu a analýza čistoty povrchu DPS metodou ROSE. This work deals with the detection and visualization of impurities during production processes and on the PCB surface using the Recognoil 2W device. The principle of operation of the Recognoil 2W device is described, as well as other methods and options for detecting dirt. Surface preparation methods and technological processing processes, where emphasis is placed on surface cleanliness. At the end of the work, the technological processes dependent on surface cleanliness and the analysis of PCB surface cleanliness using the ROSE method are processed.
