Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou měření teploty a tepla pomocí bolometrů, kalorimetrů a termodynamickým snímačem. U bolometrů a kalorimetrů jsou popsány jejich vlastnosti a limitní parametry. Blíže se práce zaměřuje na konstrukci termodynamického snímače z diskrétních součástek, se zaměřením na dosažení vysoké citlivosti. Citlivost termodynamického snímače je následně měřena na experimentu s definovanou změnou tepla a vyhodnocena. Pomocí tohoto experimentu byla nastavena metodologie měření, která byla následně upravena. V rámci bakalářské práce byl navržen nový senzor pro termodynamický snímač a byla ověřena jeho citlivost. This work deals with the issue of using bolometers, calorimeters a thermo-dynamic sensor in measuring temperature and heat. In the case of bolometers and microcalorimeters are described their properties and limit parameters. The work focuses more closely on the construction of a thermodynamic sensor from discrete components with a focus on achieving high sensitivity. The sensitivity of the thermodynamic sensor was measured in an experiment with a defined heat change and evaluated. Using this experiment was set the measurement methodology, which was subsequently modified. As part of the bachelor's thesis was designed a new sensor for a thermodynamic sensor and was measured its sensitivity.
