Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu poskytování služeb pro motoristy přes internet. Cílem práce je popsat čtenáři, jak vybrané služby na internetu fungují a poté je mezi sebou porovnat metodou SERVQUAL. The bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of the services provided to motorists via the internet. The main goal is to describe the reader how does the services on internet works and use the SERVQUAL method to compare them.
