Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou distribuce kadmia v rostlinné matrici pomocí metody spektroskopie laserem buzeného plazmatu (LIBS). Jako vzorky byly použity rostliny technického konopí, které byly vypěstovány v půdě s různou koncentrací kadmia. Teoretická část je zaměřena na metodu LIBS z hlediska základních principů, popisu doprovodných jevů při měření a instrumentace. Jsou zde také popsány výhody a nevýhody oproti ostatním analytickým technikám a také využití v praxi. Dále je zde popsána problematika kadmia v životním prostředí, výskyt a využití v lidské činnosti. V experimentální části je popsána metodika pro přípravu vzorků pro LIBS a ICP-OES analýzu. Cílem této práce je sledovat vliv kadmia na růst rostlin, které byly postupně sklízeny po jednom týdnu až do čtvrtého týdne. Následně byly vzorky rostlin i půdy připraveny na měření na LIBS a ICP-OES a byly vyhodnoceny výsledky. ICP-OES analýza vedla ke stanovení obsahu jednotlivých prvků. Metoda LIBS poskytla informace o plošné distribuci prvků (spektrální mapy), díky které je vidět, ve kterých částech rostliny se stanovovaný prvek nachází. Z výsledků experimentální části je jasné, že metoda LIBS je velmi výhodná a efektivní při analýze prvků v biologických matricích, a to jak biogenních, tak i toxických. This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of cadmium distribution in the plant matrix using laser - induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS). Technical hemp plants grown in soil with different cadmium concentrations were used as samples. The theoretical part focuses on LIBS methods in terms of basic principles, description of accompanying phenomena during measurements and instrumentation. Advantages and disadvantages over other analytical techniques as well as practical applications are also described. In addition, the issue of cadmium in the environment, its occurrence and use in human activities is described. In the experimental part, the methodology for sample preparation for LIBS and ICP-OES analysis is described. The aim of this work is to observe the effect of cadmium on the growth of plants that were successively harvested weekly until the fourth week. Subsequently, plant and soil samples were prepared for LIBS and ICP-OES measurements and the results were evaluated. ICP-OES analysis led to the determination of each element content. The LIBS method provided information on the areal distribution of the elements (spectral maps), allowing to see in which plants part the determined element is located. It is clear from the results of the experimental part that the LIBS method is very advantageous and efficient in the analysis of elements in biological matrices, both biogenic and toxic.
