Autor: Vojtěch Hedbávný Název: Efekt individuálního tréninku techniky speciálního bruslení a dovedností brankáře na rychlost provedení shuffle, T-push a slide v mládežnických kategorií Cíl: Cílem této bakalářské práce je otestovat brankáře ledního hokeje v rychlosti přesunů T- push, shuffle a slide za pomoci vytvoření testové baterie a tréninkového programu a následně porovnat jejich výsledky v rozmezí dvou měsíců. Dalším cílem je zjistit, zda má věk brankáře vliv na míru změny času v testu. Metody: Výzkum byl proveden testováním devatenácti brankářů ledního hokeje ve věkovém rozmezí osmi až devatenácti let. Celý experiment byl dlouhý devět týdnů v závodním období. Na začátku prvního týdne proběhlo vstupní testování a na konci posledního týdne proběhlo výstupní testování. Devět týdnů mezi testováním probíhala tréninková stimulace. K získání dat byl využit empirický kvantitativní výzkum ve formě měření testů. Pro porovnání výsledků v jednotlivých testech a znázornění vztahu věku k míře změny času v testu, jsem využil tabulku, spearmanův korelační koeficient a krabicový graf programu Microsoft Excel. Výsledky: U všech sledovaných brankářů došlo ke zlepšení. U kategorie mladší školní věk bylo prokázáno výrazné zlepšení ve většině testech. Objectives: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to test ice hockey goaltenders in the speed of their T-push, shuffle, and slide movements by creating a testing battery and training program, and subsequently comparing their results over a period of two months. Another objective is to determine whether the goaltender's age has an influence on the extent of the time change in the test. Methods: The research was conducted by testing nineteen ice hockey goalkeepers aged between eight and nineteen years. The entire experiment lasted for nine weeks during the competitive season. At the beginning of the first week, the initial testing took place, and at the end of the last week, the final testing occurred. Training stimulation took place during the nine weeks between the tests. Empirical quantitative research in the form of test measurements was used to gather data.
